Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting our store! We ship all of our orders via USPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS.
Customs Fees and Import Taxes
The Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer product returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different item or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
